- Regarding all of the LIGHTSTICK outbox cases (PLEASE READ):
"OUTBOX CASE" is only for protecting the contents inside. With that stated, refunds or exchanges are impossible due to the outbox case being damaged (cracked, torn, bent, etc.) during the in-transit of delivery.
So, please refer to the above when you order light sticks. As we have already been informed, we aren't responsible for the above reasons.

Please keep in mind that, the production time of the ADDITIONAL PHOTOCARD GIFT could delay so it may take up to an additional 1-2 weeks to receive the shipment after it releases from Korea. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame as we may receive it earlier or later but on certain occasions, we had times where the Exclusive Photocard arrived later than the album.
DISCLAIMER: Photocards may have possibilities of slight visible scratches, printing markings, lines, slight color discolorations, dents, smudging, etc. They were received from the supplier/manufacturer in this condition and cannot be returned or exchanged. All photocards are inspected before packaging for shipment. We understand the collective nature of these products and know how valuable they are to our customers. However, we need to make clear that small/minor defects may have occurred while manufacturers have printed or during transit, and Eve Pink cannot be responsible for individual personal preferences regarding the conditions of photocards.
