The expected release date is 09.26.2,3, and it usually takes 3-5 business days, or in some instances, it may take up to a week for us to receive the shipment.  Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the volume of pre-orders, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

Small wrinkles, bent, creases, tears, etc. on the cover cannot be a reason for exchange or return.
